Help me out here... is there anybody who does foam figure-trays in A4 box file size?
All the peddlers I’m aware of seem do do their own proprietary sizes to fit their own bags.

On a more helpful note, you live in the north- can’t you just scratch build one out of material from the old sofas and mattresses people leave in there front gardens?

Here in Whitley Bay we have Chesterfields in ones garden.

Those Chesterfield fly-tippers can't dump them all in Sheffield...

I used 10mm foam sheet sold by upholstery suppliers to line my assortment of boxes.
