Youtubers

I might be a bit late to the party with watching youtube videos about wargaming but have just discovered Vonketteringham's site and its a real inspiration. I dont know how he has time to paint such vast armies to that quality? He uses a lot of plastics, which you'd probably have to for those kind of armies unless you're minted.

Any other channels out there worth a look?

Lukes APS is a great scenery making site and has spawned a range of flocks and other scenic items. He's also on Facebook too.
