The only thing that would put me off this is the tiny size of all the units. Otherwise, superb idea, well executed.

It’s Toy Soldiers so the small unit size is part of the aesthetic- each regiment representing a box of soldiers bought from the toy shop. There’s also a practical side - a 12 figure unit already costs £25 !
