Thanks folks. I'm slowly working my way through the box of goodies I got from LT.

Paul, they're based for Impetus, although I am going to base each of the major heroes as command figures with both a mounted and dismounted version (first up is Hector) so that I can use them for heroic skirmish games. Assuming I can find a sensible set of rules . . . .
Why us? Cos we're 'ere lad, nobody else.

Good stuff Gary, I'm sure there'll be 500 of them in no time at all, knowing you!

Having got my head around the whole Hyborian thing after aquiring a few old books I've revised my pointy stick emphasis. I'm now putting together an Assyrianish looking army of King Senakot, which will have a mismash of Babylonian, Mycean and such Bliblical types painted in a classic style (read painted badly) and glossed. They'll hopefully be mostly classic figures too in true 25mm. They'll have a few occasional allies and sometimes foes too such as Greeks and whatnot.

Well it's been a long time so I have updated the board. Those armies that have been unheard of some time have been relegated to Dithering Limbo where the unworthy hang their heads in shame. Tim W now has 3 projects in-flight but is out-hoarded by LT with 4!

I think Bad King John and the Angevins need to go in dithering limbo  as I seem to have developed a hang-up on doing horses and they’ve been overtaken by Romans and Germans.
Besides, if you want to list all my pointy sticks projects, we’re gonna need a bigger Kanban!
I get lockdown, but I get up again.
