And you will be very welcome.

Hurrah! I've put you down for the 18thC game, but I've left you also with Simon's game for the time being........like I say, the end of September will see the final shuffle. It would be nice to see the old 20mm stuff make an appearance at Ayton though.

...and 'not' Venice is coming along nicely, 3 more buildings built and two painted awaited weathering etc... photos to go up when i've done that.
All the base tiles are built and about 2/3 painted.........then I can carry on with the figures.
If I can get them all done by December i'm ahead of schedule :)

Luckily for the C18th game I don't have to paint a whole new army although I might well attempt it!

We thought you'd appreciate a reminder that in about a week's time we would like to start pencilling in the Ayton itinerary.

Just take this on board for now, we'll post again next week some time and ask for suggestions and bids for time slots.

Would these be reasonable start/finish times.............?

09:30 - 13:00 morning session (3.5 hours)
13:30 - 17:00 afternoon session (3.5 hours)

Realistically, if a game is likely to need more time, it probably belongs in the afternoon session, that session being a bit more flexible.

Or perhaps some games won't need 3.5 hours? Perhaps we can have a short session and a long session?

So, things to bear in mind.........

Set up times
Play times
Payer availability
Space required
Preferred 'slot', am, pm.

I believe Simon's game may be over subscribed. The Tims' game is under subscribed and Peeler and Purps's DBN game is also rather cosy. My 20mm 18thC has about the right number of players.

One's DBN game can be flexible, bigger or smaller, depending on how many want to play with it.

Sorry just catching up on this.

I am indeed a bit oversubscribed so - in the nicest possible way - if anyone wants to drop out then that would be helpful!

Simon - Gary has said he will play the 18C game. How many bodies do you ideally want for your game?
The Tims and Peeler can accommodate more players. The 18C game can take one more.

I'll drop out and play the 18th century game. Do you want me to bring figures Iain?
Why us? Cos we're 'ere lad, nobody else.
