I have three different colours of 5mm dice with Minibits frames. They’ll sit behind my units telling me exactly what I need to know and won’t be at all obtrusive.

So...just to clarify..what we're saying is that Strength (sometimes) = stands, except when stands isn't used in the rules to mean the same as we're calling strength and that strength is never used in the actual rules?
…and we'll need to have multiple stand/strength and hit counters for each unit.
I'm strictly a one counter/token per unit person so i'll have to find a different way of doing it.

Yep. That's very nearly spot on.

I'm sure you'll come up with something most ingenious, Paul.

 It always goes like this about two months before, at least one person becomes obsessively awkward, it was my turn this year :moredrink:
A week before the game it all goes quiet as people are too busy trying to get the painting finished to bother with t'internet!
