Oh go on then, PM me the details........number of figures in a unit, how you've based them and the size of the bases.

My contribution would be either a quite large Marlburian-type force or a smallish AWI civilian militia-stylee, so two questions Iain:

A. Any preference?
B. If the former, do you want pikes or not?
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

Thanks John,

My preference will always be for Marlburian. Magnificent. Nothing better.

However...........

I'm loath to put upper limits on numbers until we agree the scenarios (there will of course be no minimum), but you couldn't go far wrong with three or four brigades (see my post on page 3 of this thread " 4 Leaders....." for a rough idea of what might be a brigade).

As for pikes, they look great and if I had my way they'd be compulsory but......... Given that this is mid 18thC I suggest we count your units as fully musket armed......they'll just look vastly superior. Or, if you really want pikes as pikes I can tweak the rules a fraction. As I'm writing I wondering if you have pikes as an optional base. Is that what you mean? If so, probably best to leave those chaps at home.

Thank you to those people who kindly provided their troop list........Brendan, Jezza, Jamie and Paul.

LT - I see that we didn't resolve your WSS/AWI question. Sorry about that. Go for the WSS, in which case what can you bring?

Gary - let's continue to hold fire on your troops while I collect details from the others, if that's OK?

Others - We need to be settling on the scenarios so please, can I now have the proposed force lists from the rest of you? Ta.

I can bring whatever’s good for your scenarios EB.
I think I’ve got 7 cavalry units, 11 infantry battalions, 4 big guns and several battalion guns and things.
I’m happy with bringing a few small Prussian brigades though

Am currently waiting on the deliberations of a travel agent to see if its possible for us to make Ayton, have an holiday somewhere in between that and Partizan. Realistically at most I think I would bring a token force like I did for original Ayton -look out though the cossacks will be coming if we make it
Simon and LT will no doubt start to tremble

I can bring some Russian brigades for you VB if you like and you can have more Cossacks to command.
