When would you need the details of an order to be collected at Partizan? I could PM it to you now, but didn't want to overload you knowing that you are building up to Salute.

Also, how easy are the Litko 3mm diameter flight stand pegs to cut (and what would you use)? Looking at the 4" long pegs and cutting them in half to give two 2" pegs.

It would depend on whether it was stock items or things to be ordered in from the States? If it's stock items then 7 days in advance is fine, but if we need to order them in then within the next couple of weeks if possible?

I've got a stock order on the way from Litko at the moment and then I'll be placing another one after we get back from Salute, so we could add anything to that for you.

As for cutting the pegs, I'm not sure to be honest. We use similar acrylic rod for some of our own products and it's incredibly brittle. A hacksaw blade will go through it but don't apply much pressure otherwise it could crack and snap the rod. The other option could be a hot wire foam cutter maybe? The heat should go through it the same as any other plastic, but I've never tried it myself.

Thanks for the info; just fyi, a friend works for an acrylic processing company and he - out of the blue - advised the "soft" junior hacksaw approach, but NOT anything involving heat as acrylic doesn't "melt" the same way that plastic does, apparently.

No worries, I've just sent a reply through and we'll get those sorted out for you. The heat info is interesting, I've tried putting a heated knife through flat acrylic in the past but it was quite messy and not easy going at all.
