Using the rules as written we are allowed one crewed weapon in a 24 point force, as we are playing 30 points are two allowable?

You're allowed twice the normal complement when facing Andy (or if his table-length march takes him through your deployment zone). And you get to re-roll misses.

I have no objection to two. They are not hugely effective under the Men Who Would rules.Buff Redux wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2023 11:58 am Using the rules as written we are allowed one crewed weapon in a 24 point force, as we are playing 30 points are two allowable?
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

Unless you want to field a Gatling at close range...just don't roll 1s!!! Haha

Field guns can be the only real sticking point, to two in 30 pts, due to their substantially longer range.Tim Hall wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2023 3:59 pmI have no objection to two. True..ish, though I'm always very suspicious of "recommended" unit sizes. Someone always tries to claim it's just a recommendation not mandatory as they turn up with one field gun and thirty two crew

I've got four guns & three maxims. Can I use them all?
