Obviously I've seen them before, but worth noting that the orders refer specifically to ordnance and powder, both of which were the preserve of the Crown, and therefore could be legitimately seized, unlike muskets and ball ammunition, which indiviuals were allowed to possess in pursuit of their compulsory membership of the militia (however, note that unissued muskets from the arsenals were also the property of the King and thus seizeable). Thus all the Tea Party twats who talk about the "gumment" coming to seize their firearms "just like they did in 1775" are talking out of their rectums.
