In Shrewsbury we had the Shrewsbury Model Shop on Castle Foregate. They had a display cabinet on the right as you went in and stacks of the blue Hinchliffe boxes underneath. Bought my first metals there.

The Chris Foulkes started stocking figures at the back of his DIY store in Harlescott. Stocked mostly 15mm Minifigs and Heritage. Though he did have Lamming as well...

All long gone now.

Mine are a few 1/300th H&R Tigers and T34s, some Citadel fantasy figures and 15mm sci-fi all from about 1982.
