Thanks, Mr P. Probably sound advice for any normal modeller/wargamer. Unfortunately, this is me you are dealing with. I have one stuck on now - finally - which even survived being tipped out of the box on the way home from my son's flat. One of my four previous attempted heads on that medic ended up on backwards and one, wearing a kepi, eventually turned out to be upside down, mainly because it was the only way round that it would fit into the neck slot (luckily, it stuck to my fingers when I finally decided it was ok to let go, and got ripped off the body).
We now return this thread to its normal schedule.....

Very nice. I like the firing figures. They seem very slender - are they particularly slim, or is it a trick of the camera?

I think it is the camera angle, they don't feel or look skinny in the hand when I'm painting them. The left hand figure seems a better rendition of how they look to me when I'm painting them.

He does look rather chunky, doesn't he? Nice of Prince Albert to lend them his shako collection.....
More good work, Mr P.

Very nice, Penda.
If "The System" is the answer, who asked such a bloody stupid question?
