All bought painted so I can move onto scenery straightaway (which is what I love doing) and feel a bit shameful about my painting pile.
It's the first time i've ever bought something on Ebay and felt a bit guilty about getting a bargain as, unless I want to fight big battles, it's got everything you could ever need for 5 Parsecs or Stargrave etc....
If I want to fight big battles I will have to tackle my own pile of shame.

The rules are really good (I much prefer them to Xenos rampant) , even if you don't use the Mantic figures, and the terrain in the KS is mostly scale agnostic.

nah, Mantic are very well versed in standing on just the right side of the line :D
It made me laugh when I realise that they didn't even use the word "charge" on their order chits, using "sprint" instead to avoid issues with GW.

If I was down south i'd be "gauging" your total lack of interest more carefully :D

I shall be seeing Pemps soon. I think he's invested in the tiny wee GW stuff......I wonder what he thinks of this competition.
