Thanks for the kind comments. The NKE boats are very rough so I'm planning on a lot of sanding & trimming. And painting - not sure if I'll go with serviceable, earthy tones or add a lot of flashy painted design.
The big issue is a suitable sea battle-mat. I guess I'll have to shell out some serious cash to get something decent +P&P.
