Spanish Louisiana infantry battalion.

Post by Willz the Wargamer »

Finished this battalion today using Spencer Smith hard plastic earlier Napoleonics back dated to the 1760's.
My take on Spanish Louisiana infantry battalion.
Colonels flag by David at "Not by Appointment and battalion flag by me.

The drummer's uniform is of my own design, some sources give white uniform or reverse colours.
White is the one colour I find hard to get good shading on and I wanted the drummer to contrast the white.

Excellent, as always! :)

Regimental livery is often a nightmare to research and making it up is fun. :)

Cheers RMD, I need to paint some more buttons on the drummer.

Nice work, mate.
If "The System" is the answer, who asked such a bloody stupid question?
