I can recall many Salutes where the assault on my olfactory system actually forced me to leave. I am so glad that it has been replaced by the smell of burnt MDF as the over riding aroma of contemporary Wargame shows.

Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.
Re: What's on your workbench?
There have been several shows (most notably Colours when it was in the Hexagon in Reading) where I have been driven close to vomiting by the reek of the bring and buy scrum.
Why us? Cos we're 'ere lad, nobody else.

Another Prussian Battalion knocked out.
Can't wait to get stuck into the Russians!

I don't know what to be more impressed with, the industrious purpose or the sparkling clean workbench
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

Fantastic work Purps! I have to say I’ve never hated painting an army like I’ve hated painting these SYW Brits of mine. I’ll be glad when the project is done.
Maybe I need a change, after the weekend, I’ll start on the cavalry. The infantry are just plain terrible to paint.

I've reached my limit on that pose Prussian. Now I'll do 180 Russians in the same pose instead hahaha. :-/
I love painting them but then I love the period - except Hussars. With yours Jeremy I think anything red overal is a slog and your brits are fiddly. I think you would have had more luck with a different manufacturer.
And My workbench is always tidy. I've not unpacked the rest of the house mind. Girlfriend is going to go mencap when she gets back from Cornwall but it's all Gary's fault.

Re: What's on your workbench?
How does a domestic in the Purple household get to be my fault?
Lovely looking unit. Glad they're on my side!

I'm sorry Gary but Judge Rinder has ruled it was all your fault.
Hopefully they will avoid new unit syndrome due to there lack of standards. I don't think GMB are going to get them to me in time.
