Portcullis Wargames Emporium in Bolton, which although small, has great stock levels from a variety of manufacturers.

I also have to walk through the shop as our local club plays above it

Langley's in Norwich has a large stock of plastic figures, plus more tanks than you can shake a stick at.
Why us? Cos we're 'ere lad, nobody else.

Hobbycraft is about as good as it gets down here in the Deep South; one in Woking, one in Havant - about equi-distant from where I live, but #1 son lives in Havant and walks past it on his way to/from work every day.

I haven't been in it since the move to Nottingham, but used to live near it when it was in Southend and it was heaven.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

I recent discovered Midlam Miniatures in Felling (15 min drive and south of the river but not far...). They have LOTS of boardgames and X-Wing stuff. Their own fantasy type figures and the usual plastics. But they also have a full range of Vallejo and assorted bases and scenic stuff. Dead handy!

+1 for Caliver. Somehow they managed to move the mess and chaos as-was and re-deposit it in the new premises. Still great to rummage about though.

It's a model shop not a wargames shop as such but he does do a lot of wargames shows,
Parabellum in Hockley Birmingham.
