This week I have mostly been painting Cold War kit: Finished some Danish M113 APCs and Land Rovers for a game on Tuesday, along with some fairly obscure Soviet kit. Now got some East German infantry under the brush and eighteen Polish SKOT APCs cleaned, converted and primed, ready for the brush.

Experimenting with Amera plastic vacuum manufactured rivers. With a bit of putty, the old Warlord Games bridge should fit well. River painted, and once the gloss varnish hardens, I’ll flock the banks

No, not yet. It’s one of the reasons I decided to try them. From my time in the plastics industry, I remember being told that plastic has ‘memory’ so as long is I don’t abuse them, they should stay in the form they took when heated and cooled. In other words, warping shouldn’t occur naturally

Currently studying 1930’s chippies and pie shops.
