Rapiers record was an astonished customer in California, who received his parcel 3 days after he ordered! 2 -3 weeks is much more the norm.

I’ve ordered stuff from TFL whilst I was in SA and had it in 4 days. Average was 4 to 6 weeks. Approximately 20% of orders never arrived. Apparently since I left, that run rate has worsened.

Jeremy, you can put a positive spin on it and imagine that those figures you lost ended up creating new hobbyists.
