I've been the last couple of years and strongly recommend it (I'm only missing it this year because of need to save pennies) - slight caveat, Brexit may alter the trade at the show in 2019. May be up for a trip next year just to see the place again and use the Antwerpen Velo (city bikes hire) as the city is great for biking around.

Antwerp's worth a couple of days, I usually do Friday to Monday. This place is a must for Sunday morning:

not just for the exhibits but also a first class view of the city from the roof and the various bands/radio programmes being broadcast from the landings as you go up.
