Speaking from experience, it’s very easy to confuse the two rule sets and unintentionally play a hybrid. That way lies madness!

You can have mine old chap.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

Perfect, if you're able to send it along with the spare WAB with Peeler on his return I'll make sure something nice comes your way soon.

That was my plan, and now you've gone and spoiled the surprise.

At first he thought he’d gone right through her and come out the other side...

The hotel confirmed that there was a commotion outside Senor Richard's room and that it involved someone scantily clad putting their clothes on after much shouting. Which was not totally out of keeping with his story, although I delighted in suggesting alternate explanations for some years afterward.

I had more CoC this evening. Ended up playing on til very late. Much better game. Used my Tim H. Painted Gerries for the first time in anger and they did ok. Would have won but my foreward artillery spotter got potted seconds before finishing directing a hail of hell down onto the bulk of the British. 3 phases to call artillery in seems excessive but it kind of worked. The game is so sloooww compared to BA. Its bloody complicated too. Still, an enjoyable evening was had.

Saga next week.

It’s hard to kill a foo. How did he manage that? As you play more, it speeds up. We played a large attack on an objective in 3 hours this weekend 2D6 supports for the Yanks
