The car is by Warlord - Ford staff car. I didn't buy it in the sale though. It wasn't cheap but it was too nice not to

I've just bought 3 blisters of British WW1 cavalry for the price of 2 at Footsore for my VBCW project

If anyone is looking for PSC figures etc, they're 25% off until midnight Sunday. I'm tempted, although I've already got a stack to put together.

That retreat would make anyone footsore. Although for cavalry, it's more likely to be arsesore.

I don’t think we should be authoritarian about this and ascribe moral choices to verifiable facts. The figures exist and this can be proven via the website, the offer may or may not have existed as it no longer appears on the website and it’s existence is only vouched for by Mr Landings. In much the same way as Schrodinger had his cat, Mr Landings may be said to have his ‘offer’ and this is neither good or bad but in a transitional state of ‘good/bad’ and dependent on the perception of MrTroop, whose objectivity on such matters is subject to the variables ‘oh shiny syndrome’ and ‘where is my credit card dilema’ and therefore can be said to have no moral decision making ability in this regard.

‘Good or bad?’ If only it were that simple.

Translation: he’s going to buy them even if the price doubles and they come with a punch in the dick.

But he’s got a philosophical rationalisation for it, so that’s okay.

Battleground purchases: one of (Galloping Major) Lance’s splendid “King George commands & we obey” t-shirts, in rifle green.
A superb Grand Manner resin stable block, from (Cran Tara) Graham, for an absolute steal.
Some Warlord French WWII artillery, for well under the odds from pe2.
(The 105mm howitzer looks like a sod to put together, though.)
A little bag of French infantry from Stu at Colonel Bill’s, for making odd figures into a full section, and some lovely Coat d’Arms paint from same.

Edited to add: and a set of French Fleur De Lys patrol & Deployment markers for CoC.
