Warlords of Erewhon

Post by Jeremy »

http://wargameterrain.blogspot.com/2018 ... ds-of.html

So Warlord have finally found a use for all the Wargames Factory dross they bought. And it uses D10’s. Maybe in a few years Purps’ ones will arrive and he can get to use them...

Considering the opposition they’re up against (SoBH, Dragon Rampant to name but a few), I’ll be interested to see how this goes...

Tough row to hoe.
“God of Battles” died on its arse and that was Foundry.
I don’t think Warlord would stomach a loss, though. I reckon they’ll throw resources at it until it’s a go-er.

I suspect you’re Right Norm. Their marketing division will be like a Blitzkrieg Jerry force in Belgium

Its Beyond the Gates of Antares in a fantasy setting apparently. My usual Warlord wariness applies here, I'll see if it gets regular support or if it is just another game of the month.

Let’s be honest, Warlord could sell You anything.
They even sold somebody those WW2 Belgium’s!

I mean collectively and deliberately we could come up with the most appalling rules ever conceived.
Boom.
120 page glossy hardback rulebook.
We’ll handwrite each rule section on postic notes in barely readable biro scribblings , then attach them to warm toffee crisps, then simply hurl them as hard as we can at the pages whilst somebody sort of waves the pages back and forth.
In the 111 pages of gaps we’ll just stick photos and a few paragraphs of gcse level history.
£60.
Will be played in every club in the country.

Order today and receive a 33% discount.
And a free pen.

Na, she was the Brazillian stripper who used to masturbate with an anaconda.

No. As a proud Yorkshireman with a tight wallet I am utterly immune to anything those bastards do.

Is Erewhon connected in any way to Ereforcewhon?
