Getting the other half to live in there might be problematic. Unless he makes a proper mess of it and gets banished there himself (plus all his little men), which might constitute a result.

Not to derail the thread, but I have an anecdote which is apposite to this saga, back in the early 80's I made a few trips up to Newark to visit a certain wargames magazine editor who took his own photographs. Whilst his home at that time was not palatial, it was a respectable size. There was not one room in that house that was not filled with unpainted lead, even all the kitchen cupboards were full of wargames figures, no seating space was free. In short it resembled a slightly tidier version of those hoarder's homes one sees on the Logie-Baird-O-Scope. It goes without saying that there was no trace of a feminine presence. If you are serious about a de-clutter, the storage space idea is a good one. Also if you need more ACW cavalry I can put some Redoubt ACW cavalry your way.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

So the declutter begins with... the acquisition of more stuff?!

Wargames logic. It is inescapable.

How much Stuff have you got where it’s become problematic?
In the standard unit of measurement being one Lakaku, How many Lakakus worth of wargames stuff do you have?

Tim's anecdote makes me feel strangely better. I'm not that bad and I've got a big shed I can hide it all in

Surely the standard unit of measurement is a London bus. Or Wales.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.
