I'm not sure. I have three volumes of WRG army lists but I can't see any reference to an edition. They're dated 1980 - 82.

I still have mine somewhere. The rules I cut my Ancients teeth on. A great set until competition gaming ruined them. Aren’t they now sold under the ‘Warrior’ brand in the States?

6th ed Ian.
Re: RG 7th Ed Army List books wanted
Thanks Simon and Fred. I dug through my pile of rules and found 6th edition dated 1980........I'd come to the conclusion that I couldn't help.
Is 7th edition where they moved to whole figure casualties?

CPF. Casualties per figure. I still remember quite a lot of the casualty table factors, don’t think I’ve played them in over 20 years!

Re: RG 7th Ed Army List books wanted
I thought 7th changed that and became element based - half way to DBM ?
Re: RG 7th Ed Army List books wanted
Now it's getting complicated.
Re: RG 7th Ed Army List books wanted
Yup, they were element based, and there wasn’t casualty removal, however units were wiped at (I think) 30CPF?goat major wrote: ↑Tue Oct 31, 2017 4:53 pm I thought 7th changed that and became element based - half way to DBM ?
