In fairness, that's just because people have scraped the coal dust here and there.

Well, I suppose I better get some points on the board. As there is no category for 28mm monsters I'm going to class Bubbles as a vehicle for 20 points.

He looks great, an old GW Hydra or similar? Easily worth 20 pts.
But being that EB is a West Ham fan, I'm a little concerned about his take on the name choice!

Yes, it's one of the old GW hydras. We're running a WFB campaign using 5th edition rules. I think we chose to use those so that we could have lots of arguments about the vagaries in the rules.
