As I steadily trot on through my rebasing, later inspection of my previously painted figures makes me realise that Reds aren’t my strongest point and needs improvement.
I may have posted this before but then ignored you all.
Can you tell me your triads, methods and paint numbers so I can wildly experiment on my next batch of sweaty Austrian cuff types.

Foundry scarlet shade
GW evil sunz scarlet
Vallejo scarlet 70817

How to I obtain the GW paint without bankloan and/or necessary incantation to the relevant goblin death god?

Be fair, he doesn't want everything to turn red, just the bit at the end.

When I'm not using Foundry out of sheer laziness, and really only the perfect red will do, I rely on the Andrea Red paint set to get the results I'm after.

The hardest red to get right is the one that Vauxhall have used for generations. It starts off gloss red but if exposed to sunshine for 3 consecutive days it turns matt pink.
