Rebels & Patriots

Post by bobofbrompton »

Has anyone tried these rules? If so you might be able to explain a conundrum. The Special Rules for Natives and Cavalry state that they "May not use Fire Action" and yet both troop types have a Firing value and a Range. Is it a typo or have I missed something? :wall:

They need to use the 'skirmish' action to be able to fire.
(This came straight from Michael Leck, one of the authors).

And pointless, because he'd just give me some of my ex toys back.

Thanks for that Paul, makes sense as they might be a bit too good otherwise. Pity they didn't make it clear in the rules though.
