I understand that CB found the recipe to make the perfect shade of blue. It however required the blood of a virgin. An impossible commodity to come by in Newcastle I believe

I do indeed use Vallejo, but I'm afraid I can't help because I mixed the shade I wanted. I suspect the final result, while it was exactly what I wanted at the time, is just a little too bright.

I'd use Foundry 73 or 21 depending on particular the 'hue' you want, and if you like Foundry paints of course
