Rubbish! Why rent it when I’ll give it to Gary for free?

Picture the scene, the survivors of Rourkes Drift, black and white, are having the celebratory annual dinner in The Forge. A rain sodden Rozzer bursts through the door, "we are under attack by an enormous BUM". Good citizens of the empire all, the Borderers fall in in one formation and the Zulus in another, Colonel Bourne looked appreciatively at his men, smiled at Induna Kobelizi and muttered "Takes you back, doesn't it? Let's go kick some arse.".

One of the oddities of life was that Bourne spent WW1 as a major commanding the musketry school in Dublin. Some of his former trainees went on to train the IRA.
