Choose surgeons over plumbers.
Re: VBCW Ayton 3rd May 2019 Organisation Thread
In Ayton, the plumber is also the butcher, cuts your hair and pulls teeth. Clearly the OBVIOUS choice for open heart surgery.

If he's also the carpenter, he IS the surgeon.

These are our public pages, poor old Googlebot must wonder what we get up to on the private ones.
I know when to go out
I know when to stay in
Get things done

Just applied the last coat of paint to my BUM. 5 weeks to Ayton as of today!
I have some terrain and civilians to paint for the big weekend, so plenty of time to crack on with the French inbetween

Call for scatter scenery.
All - we will be treated to some sumptuous mats and buildings courtesy of Purps and LT with myself and Jeremy topping up where needed. We probably have enough walls, trees and hedges. But any period appropriate scatter scenery will be most welcome - signposts, telegraph poles(British), post boxes, phone boxes, milk churns, razzle mags, farm animals, crates, beer kegs etc. that sort of thing. Could you post here if you have anything of this sort that you can bring - thanks!

I can bring some telephone poles, gas street lights (I believe Ayton didn’t get electricity until the early 2000’s), farm animals and other odds and ends. I’m also painting up the phone box and post box with those civilians

I can bring some Nguni cattle, if that helps . . . . . ?
Why us? Cos we're 'ere lad, nobody else.
