We tried doing that ourselves but Scorpiones Pungent sounded so much better than Smelly Crabs.

Redoubt have a good range of Trojan War figures but I haven't seen them for a while so I can't remember how they would look against modern sculpts.

I was the only bidder on a couple of Corgi Centurions, they won't come to Ayton this year as they need work and we don't want to turn Kumbayah into a tank park.
Whoops, wrong page

I have quite a few of those. They are nice figures but a bit on the large side. I had thought about using them for this project but they would look out of scale against old school figures used by the main drivers of this.
For Trojans I like the look of the OG ones and I suspect they are a bit smaller than the Redoubt ones.

Redoubt won’t fit with anything else. Good range though.
Cutting Edge are nice, maybe a little on the slim side but not a bad fit with Foundry.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

I think I'm late to this thread party.

Currently have 3 x 24 man units of Newline Republican Romans to start. Will be ordering some Crusader miniatures velites and cavalry next time I have some money, might even pick some up at Partizan? Also have a unit of Marian Romans from 1st Corps.

I initially planned on 40 x 40 basing but now more inclined to base singly with sabots.
