What are people buying?
Re: What are people buying?
My problem is adjusting my eyes from distance looking to close work. So if I’m looking at the computer screen and then need to look down at a printout in front of me, it takes time for my eyes to adjust. I don’t need glasses, but I do use an optivisor with a 4x lens for painting

One thing I have found since needing glasses, is just how important good lighting is!

Yup, the 4X I use for painting 6mm needs about 4X the lighting to work.

My woodland Indians arrived in today's post.
I know when to go out
I know when to stay in
Get things done

I was told by an optician that what you've described means that you do need glasses for close work.Jeremy wrote: ↑Sat Apr 20, 2019 4:49 am My problem is adjusting my eyes from distance looking to close work. EB is blind, that is why he uses strange bases sizes, it is so he can find his different figures by touch, it also explains his map reading issues!

Blimey!
I was largely minding me own business when BOOM! There I was, the subject of two, not one, but two unprovoked attacks. Bases and map reading.
I need a deeper trench.
