Yes, I'm buying less at shows and usually return with most of the cash I took. I'm more realistic about what I have time to paint now. Its the impulses that end up on the lead pile. That said I would pick up a new period and look to buy a big portion of it at a show but that would be planned. I got 20% off all my 28mm Romans last year from Newline at the Leeds show, that was worth doing. I mostly get scenery at shows as its harder to find online.

Agreed, the show discounts can sometimes be worthwhile on big orders
