Glad there's no terminal damage. Reminds of the time when I packed away a Classical Indian army. Box on edge of table, but overhanging. Infantry put away first, then elephants and chariots. Trouble was, latter are heavier than former and were put in the overhanging bit of the box. Physics and gravity did the rest - 180 degree somersault and the whole lot on a concrete floor.

I believe you need to drop them from a great height (the top of a staircase, for example) for them to suffer.
