He did the template that makes it look pretty. There are thousands of templates out there. Some good. Some less so.... This one was about the 6th tried as all others had minor issues.

There seems to be an ongoing issue with hotmail and aol email addresses getting bounced.. The hosting company have done their bit but 'stuff' needs to filter round the internet and Microsoft and AOL need to update stuff for the issue to resolve.. This may or may not happen...

Until then if you have one of those addresses you may not get notification emails for PMs etc.
