As in "I can't believe it's not in the gutter....."
Kein Plan überlebt den ersten Kontakt mit den Würfeln. (No plan survives the first contact with the dice.)

This week about 600 1/72 plastic Romans and Barbarians, bought at the recent Driffield show. Painted averagely, I'm debasing them to rebase them to DBA type, 60mm frontage. Ish.

Good old Peeler, we can always rely on him to debase things......

Just finished painting an 18 mm AB figure of J.E.B. Stuart. Why I don't know as it's not really one of my main interests. Having said that it was my first AB figure. I can see why people get hooked on them. Photo's to follow.

The ongoing expansion of me Ottoman’s from DBN-size so they can do double-duty in our 7YW campaign club rules continues.
Couple of bases of Fellahin tonight. Quite tiresome to daub.

I'm sure the local women and children will appreciate that.

As I look at the man corner now, 28mm Caesarian Romans for SPQR and eventually Romans Rampant. US marines in 1/32 for Ayton 2020 and Late Saxons for Saga/LR
I've been clearing up/out and auditing my stuff lately and I've realised I need to get cracking on building my 28mm armies up to something that can actually support a game. Ancient and Dark Age armies in the pipeline, as is my WWII French.
