My Google Fu has failed me on this one. I found out what equipment they have, the overall organization and what is separated into 'Support' etc... But I think you know that already :(

Who do they derive their tactics from, Russia, US or one of the more independent 'stans? Might be an indication of allocation?

I suppose you could try the direct route. Their website gives e-mail addresses for each unit including the scout battalion.
I know when to go out

Yep, that's bound to ensure a favourable response from the Estonian military, and probably a visit from Special Branch or Box 500.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.
