Purple CoC

The Lord of Mauve came round today and we played around with our CoCs. This was a version of the Colleville gap scenario reworked with US Paras and rebadged as a counter attack towards Carentan . A really fun and challenging game which swung a few times and in the end a German victory because Purps rolled. Double 1 when trying to insert his bazooka in the arse of the award winning Marder. Justice for the f’Ing sticky bombs I say.

Sweet as a nut. But, no photos of Purp’s double 1? If only there were photos of his dice rolling for posterity.

I do like ‘The Lord of Mauve’ - I can feel a fantasy figure coming on.

Strangely he whisked them away swiftly. When he rolls 6 x sixes he is quite happy to leave them there and take reels of film evidence.
