Well, I have a Messerspit, a He 51, a number of RPG characters for my current group, and an Italo-Norman or Siculo-Norman army on the table, with a Byzantine one in the wings.

I understand that those Cappadoccian Heavy submarines were a real hassle.

Of course- it was a spectacular ground-attack aircraft. It didn't do so well in anti-submarine warfare, though. Wet wings just don't give as much lift!

Perhaps it needed better tactics?
Re: What's on your workbench?
Finally started to paint my WWII French. X3 infantry squads, 2 mortars and a command group. Need a few more bits to make a more interesting force but I'm nearly there. Not intending to do loads, just a decent games worth. From tonights progress I'm inclined to think they'll be a quick turn around hopefully. Not that hard to pant. They gaps will be on my list for Leeds and Stockton, mostly need some machine guns.

The white flags will be really quick to paint. The yellow on the trousers, but so much.

More and more Italian guild troops - virtually did 24 figures start to finish yesterday which is a record for me. Just shields and final wash to go.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.
