Why would you do ancients in 28mm?

Sorry to throw this in again but base sizes 25 or 20 square? You are 60 pages in now so I can’t be arsed to look

I've abandoned my 25mm shiny medieval project and I'm going back to my faithful 20mm ancients on pretty bases.

Happy place again.

I’m erring over 1st corps classical Indians but Xyston Miniatures are more enticing.

The Xyston figures I've seen do look rather smashing, but I've heard that there has been some scale drift. I don't know if that's within armies......or if it's even true.

I’m doing mine on 20x20’

I have a huge Xyston Macedonian army unpainted. Complete with elephants.
