The translation of Frostgrave (Adventures in a Frozen city) to a desert setting (Afreeq) continues to be a fantastic idea. I also enjoy the way that non-desert scenery has been reimagined and finished to look like it has always belonged in that environment (ie GWs Garden of Morr). Great stuff!

If it isn't Rank and File, Iain thinks it's all a bit peculiar and not to be trusted.

That's a bit true.

Definitely with him on that one. Mind you, he feels the same way about maps and GPS.....

Printed maps are a thing of beauty. GPS is fine for those who lack a sense of adventure.

I completely agrere with you. However, only having written instructions to get to a place in Norfolk...not so much!

That was certainly an eventful journey.

But EB, do you have the English translations from the Roman-era maps you’ve been using to get to Ayton? I think this may be part of your dilemma. Whilst we’re at it, can someone please take Peelers Julian calendar away and give him one from ASDA?
