Its hot down here at this time of year so the Christmas game would be outside and so I expect a few things would go wrong.......

The metal figures would heat up in the sun and then expand so cracking the paint job. The plastic ones would just melt whilst one of the players would probably accidentally turn the hose pipe on the terrain (whilst attempting to cool off as we don't have a pool)and all the paper mache terrain would turn to sludge

Even the Baron would end up with hot dice, but then they'd probably just burn his hands, the beer wouldn't be cool enough and the wine would be as if mulled and we'd all be miserable and smell of sweat and fights would break out because somebody's sweat would drip into their eyes and so they'd mis-measure a charge distance and be accused of cheating :drunk:

Christmas game by heck - bah humbug :EB:

Christmas game for us last night, Republican Womans Vs Hannibal and the lads coming over the Alps. It ended up with the historical result and a lot of elephant steaks for the victors.

The modern tv cop show formula:
The lead is a male pseudo/quasi/semi-cop: psychologist, pathologist, criminologist, mentalist, crime novelist, academic, ex-con roped in as advisor, whatever.
The second billed character is always an actual police officer, reluctantly partnered with the lead, and female.
The worst of the recent British ones was The Coroner. Setting it in a Cornish fishing village limited the options for local characters to a few regulars. Brockenwood, the NZ series has the same problem. If Frodo isn't a suspect he's a witness. Midsomer Masacres avoids this problem by having an infinite number of Midsomer Somethings.

If Bergerac had banged Charlie Hungerford up for 18 years in episode 1 there’d have been no need for nine series of that crap. And car chase on tiny island tip: just stop and wait until they come round again.

Hey I like Brokenwood!

Could be worse, could be a gay ex cia proffessor of psycology helping a young police detective, whose friend of the same age has somehow made captain!

Only ‘forgotten’ in the ‘that’s exactly what I just described’ sense of the word.

Look it’s 2019, I am simply offering alternative facts. :uzi:
