Planning, reading, painting and modelling to play some Chain of Command for the Malaya campaign. In between becoming distracted with a plastic IS-2, I managed to finish up some jump-off points for my Japanese troops.

Have you seen the lovely victorian photographer that Col Bill does?levied troop wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2020 2:36 pm I got tempted by those nice pictures and AARs on Victorian Gothic on LAF, dug out some old Foundry Victorians I acquired decades back and put an order in for Highgate Minis Vampires. I’ve got enough cemetery stuff for a nice little 4x4 based on Carlton Hill and I’ve been reading Fistful of Lead Horror supplement. Oh, and Paul gave me a couple of Mantic’s werewolves. Yeah, it’s a new period but it doesn’t need many figures, I’ve got must of the scenery lying around in the plastic/MDF pile and it won’t distract me too much. Will it?
I can handle it.

No, but I might go and have a look now, some of Col Bill’s stuff is very useful.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

It looks ok, I’ll pick it up at a show, thanks. I do have m’Lady’s Bath that I’ve been saving for a suitable occasion.

It's just occurred to me that the Imperial Japanese flag would be a good design on a scatter cushion.

You can use it as the jumping off point in a very large-scale game of CoC.Buff Orpington wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 8:38 am It's just occurred to me that the Imperial Japanese flag would be a good design on a scatter cushion.

It's a bit derivative though.
My personal favourite is the state flag of Arizona
