Lazy git.

In December I have painted five battalions of WSS foot and a few other bits and bobs. I aim to paint two more before midnight on 31 December.....this year.

Painting WSS or LoA is simple but very rewarding.

Perry placcy eigth army.

Trying out a basic ‘production line’ style, cause if I do my usual finicky bollocks they’ll never get done.

These boys are the result of a proposed club project that I joined in with, only to find that I was the only one who’d unboxed their figures for it. Everybody else lost interest in the project. Heck with it, they’re getting done now.

Got up early(ish) and got a finishing coat of Gloss varnish on some old Alberken/Minifigs.

I am beginning to get to grips with painting these old figures.

Very nice. There's something quite endearing about the old MiniFigs and Hinton Hunt figures.

I've got my third 48 figure pike block (Swiss this time) and a unit of 15 Italian knights half done -all 6mm.

Fotis! 6mm is really the way to go with shot and pike.
