I can't help: sorry. But isn't this always the way?
A base short of a figure. A unit short of a base. An army short of a unit.

I was a figure short of an ACW unit of Zouaves last month. With a game coming up, I just stuck the 5 instead of 6 figures on the base .....and not one person noticed. Even those who said something nice about my shiny, new figures.
