Freebies Courtesy of Basement Mark :)

Post by Paul »

Basement Mark is having a clear out and has passed on some of the Wargames Illustrated freebies to distribute to anyone who wants 'em.
So far he's uncovered the ww2 Germans, the British Napoleonic cavalry and the Landsknecht, free sprues...but he may find more.
Happy to bring these along to Ayton (less keen to post as then they don't become free).

It just seems daft to make freebies cost almost the same as just buying the things in the first place....of course you could always come to Ayton, I used to travel down further than you'd have to, before we moved :)

I’m someone! Rendezvous at Carronade or Claymore or DFL is always possible.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

If no one has called dibs on the Germans I'll have them. I have just experimented with my sprue. Swap the head for an AWI militia stocking cap, ad a backpack and play around with weapons and you have a non specific nationalist militia for Zona Alfa. The StG44 looks enough like an AK47 anyway, good enough to go on Kalashnikov's memorial at least.
I know when to go out
I know when to stay in

I'd be keen to look at the British Cavalry. And I will be at Carronade, Claymore, Skelp and Targe. ;)

If he has the WWII US Infantry and the British 8th Army I wouldn't mind. Thank you.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.
