They do look rather splendid and, most importantly, shiny :)

Luckily the ones that arrived under my Christmas tree would represent troops about 30-40 years earlier than GMs chaps so I won't get dragged into an arms race there.........mind you i'm not sure it matters too much with Toy Soldier types :wall:

Hmmmm I must admit that shiny toys with bell top shakos appeals ("bell top shakos" Peeler - calm down).

Irregulars Danes look brilliant, just like the Toy soldier from the 'Nutcracker' is usually depicted :D
