We've just had a directive to try and move to virtual consultations. It seems the idea is based on the Italian experience where lots of Patients got infected waiting at the surgery. This is going to be a challenge

No problems VB, we can tqalk you through this. OK, first step - is it plugged in at the wall? And is the switch in the "on" position? OK. Now, press the "on" button on the laptop, and observe the screen. No, that's the TV, the screen on the laptop.....(oh dear, this is going to take a while.....)
