I think there is someone going on once a week to answer phone messages etc. Either that or it was a detained lonely guest.

Their website still flashes up the message that despite C-19:
“We are open and it is business as usual. We aim to greet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome!”
I’m fairly sure one of the main selling points of t’webby thing was that it could update faster than carrier pigeon. But maybe there are other factors.
